Your thoughts are powerful. If you find yourself thinking negative thoughts or you have had some that were impressed upon you by external sources, you need to change what's going in! You are amazing and wonderfully made! YOU CAN DO THIS AND ARE WORTHY!!
TIPS:
-BE Sure you are going through the program in the Classroom/courses tab and view the plate & hand measurements & meal plan!
-plan your day & carve out 30 minutes for movement.
-Finish the night with breathwork (minimum 5 minutes).
-check in daily with me or here in this group for accountability.
-Tell me something you are proud of!
