Hey Offer Launchers!
One of the biggest mindset shifts you can make when creating and launching offers is this:
It doesnโt have to be the thing.
It can just be a test.
When youโre in the Test Phase, youโre not pouring all your hopes and dreams into one launch. Youโre not deciding your worth as a business owner based on one result.
Youโre simply experimenting.
Create it.
Launch it.
See what happens.
Collect data.
Thatโs it.
Itโs not about hype.Itโs not about building some massive funnel.Itโs not about perfection.
Itโs a structured test.
You introduce the offer. You give people a clear window to decide. You communicate intentionally for a few days. And then you observe.
Thatโs the key. You observe instead of spiraling.
And hereโs a perfect example ๐
โOkay so Mona suggested the 3 day launch and I'm like okay let's do it. Well today I counted as day 0 because I was doing a live in my community. I looked at the three day launch structure and wrote everything to correlate with my live. Well today, someone UPGRADED to premium in my group and made a DONATION!!! YAY!!!โ
Day 0.
She hadnโt even officially started the 3 days yet.
Thatโs what happens when you move from โI hope this worksโ energy to โIโm testing this intentionallyโ energy.
When you treat it like a test:
You follow the structure.
You communicate clearly.
You donโt overcomplicate it.
You let the process work.
Now hereโs where most people mess up the Test Phase:
They stay in their head and never test.
They start testing but get uncomfortable and pivot mid-test.
They finish but never look at the data.
Or they assume one quiet day means failure.
The Test Phase only works if you let it finish and actually review what happened.
Because data removes drama.
So letโs talk about it.
What are you currently testing?
A new offer?
A new pricing structure?
A 3-day soft launch?
A different positioning angle?
Post it below so we can help you follow through. ๐
The goal isnโt to get it perfect.
The goal is to test it on purpose. ๐
