I Created A Web-Based Launch Map Planner! ๐Ÿฅณ
Ok, it's kind of premature to share this but last night I spent some time creating an interactive Launch Map Planner. When the results are revealed you can also download a PDF version. Does that sound like something that would be helpful to you? @Steve Gast is the only one that has tested it so far. As a member, it will be a free resource added to the classroom. Vote: ๐Ÿ‘‡

@Kim Job Yes, I'm in love with Claude! I've created a few things already and I've had it for only about a week.

@Isabelle Lesschaeve I'll send it to you so you can check it out before our meeting tomorrow. Let me know what you think.
New Course: Offer Launch Mapping 101 ๐Ÿ—บ๏ธ
As you move through this course, use this post as your place to pause and reflect. Each lesson includes reflection questions โ€” come back here after each one and add your thoughts as you go. You donโ€™t need to answer everything at once. This is meant to be a living check-in you can return to throughout the course. There are no โ€œrightโ€ answers. The goal is clarity, awareness, and forward movement โ€” not perfection. Share what feels helpful. Keep the rest private. You can always come back and update your answers as things click. These questions are located at the end of each course lesson for: Offer Launch Mapping 101 โ–ถ๏ธŽTip: Copy this whole list of questions and paste into a comment below so you can come back to it as you move through the lessons. 1๏ธโƒฃ Why Launch Mapping Matters Reflection questions: Where did your last launch (or attempt) feel the most unclear or rushed? Were you following a plan or figuring things out as you went? What would feel different if your next launch was fully mapped out ahead of time? 2๏ธโƒฃ Securing Your Launch Window Reflection questions: Do you currently have a clear 7โ€“10 day window available for your launch? What might interfere with your ability to show up consistently during that time? What dates make the most sense for your next launch? 3๏ธโƒฃ Being Available During Your Launch Reflection questions: Are you treating your launch as postingโ€ฆ or as active conversation? How available can you realistically be each day during your launch? Where might you be unintentionally โ€œposting and disappearingโ€? 4๏ธโƒฃ Mapping Delivery Before You Launch Reflection questions: What type of offer are you launching (immediate delivery or time-based support)? Do you have enough space after your launch to deliver this offer well? Have you mapped your full timeline (pre-launch, launch, delivery) on your calendar yet? 5๏ธโƒฃ Planning Your Next Launch Reflection questions:

@Rebecca Bautista Is that because you can't do any calls or just a weekly 1:1s? You could consider this as an alternative to weekly 1:1s. 1. Cohort 6 weeks or more 2. Take limited number of clients (2-6) 3. 1:1 onboarding call for each member 4. Loom/video recordings for coaching, audits, etc. 5. 1 group session a week.

@Rebecca Bautista Ok I see! I remember those days. One day life will become simiplier again. So the weekly group call can be included in your offer as a bonus. You can combine what you are already doing with another offer. What if your offer was more like a course with custom sections to it? And that's where your loom videos would go. Set it up so that each week your clients fill out a form of some sort (audit, tracker, diagnostic) and you provide feedback that will be included inside of their custom course in your classroom. I know I have very few details on what you offer so maybe this won't work. I have found as busy parents it sometimes requires getting creative. ๐Ÿ˜Š
Launch Party Meeting Replay! ๐Ÿฅณ
Hey Offer Launchers! Check out the replay of today's meeting. I'm hoping to have 1-2 meetings like this every month. @Isabelle Lesschaeve offered some good feedback about the community being public. After watching let me know your thoughts. I have some ideas on how help people who don't want to make their reflection posts public if you feel the same way. The meeting replay is inside of a new course in the classroom. It's where you'll find useful resources, extra lessons and meeting replays. Btw, I wore my hat!! ๐Ÿ˜„ Watch the replay here.

@Sharon Prahl Ok thanks for the feedback. I have not scheduled a call for this month but plan to for next month. I've also updated this so you can now send me reflection posts via a form if you'd like me to take a look. You can read about the update here. Let me know if you have any questions.

My First Loom-Style Skooly Video (and a Strategy You Need to Use)
Hey Offer Launchers! Okayโ€ฆ quick share before I get into the real reason for this post. This is my first Loom-style video using Skooly and Iโ€™m kind of obsessed. ๐Ÿ˜„ Iโ€™ve been wanting something like Loom for a while, but I didnโ€™t want to keep stacking monthly subscriptions. So I kept putting it offโ€ฆ Then I found this. ๐Ÿ™Œ Being able to share my screen and be on video at the same time? Game changer. ๐Ÿคฉ Iโ€™ll definitely be using this more because I think itโ€™s important for people to see you while youโ€™re teaching or walking through something. You can join Skooly with a 7-day free trial to see if you find it useful. But thatโ€™s not actually why Iโ€™m making this post. ๐Ÿ˜† ๐—Ÿ๐—ฒ๐˜โ€™๐˜€ ๐—ง๐—ฎ๐—น๐—ธ ๐—”๐—ฏ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐˜ ๐—ฌ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ฟ ๐—ข๐—ณ๐—ณ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ โ€œ๐—”๐—ฏ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐˜ ๐—ฃ๐—ฎ๐—ด๐—ฒโ€ ๐—ฆ๐˜๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ด๐˜† This is something I donโ€™t see many people doingโ€ฆ but Iโ€™ve been doing it since my very first offer on Skool. And I use it for everything: โ€ข Courses โ€ข Low ticket offers โ€ข Premium offers โ€ข High ticket offers Same strategy across the board. ๐Ÿ‘‰ I create my offer โ€œAbout Pageโ€ inside the classroom Think of it like your sales pageโ€ฆ but hosted inside your community. And hereโ€™s why this matters: If you can keep people on your platform, everything gets easier. Theyโ€™re more likely to: โ€ข Stay focused (no distractions) โ€ข Actually read your content โ€ข Engage with your offer โ€ข And ultimatelyโ€ฆ buy When you send people off-platform, you lose attention. Inside your community, you keep it. We are paying for this space. Use it. I see people hesitate to โ€œfill upโ€ their classroomโ€ฆ But honestly? Youโ€™re not going to run out of space. You can: โ€ข Create offer pages โ€ข Build sales experiences โ€ข Add testimonial sections โ€ข Even create custom courses for clients I personally use it for all of that (and more). ๐—›๐—ผ๐˜„ ๐—œ ๐—ฆ๐˜๐—ฟ๐˜‚๐—ฐ๐˜๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ฒ ๐—œ๐˜ Every offer gets its own โ€œAbout Pageโ€ as a course. Then anytime I talk about that offer, I link directly to that page.
