π Step 1: Pre-Rinse Wheels
Start by thoroughly rinsing the wheels, tyres, and arches. This removes loose dirt and cools the surface (never clean hot wheels).

π§ͺ Step 2: Apply Wheel Cleaner / Iron Remover
Spray a dedicated wheel cleaner or iron remover onto:
- Wheel face
- Barrel
- Around lug nuts
Let it dwell for 2β5 minutes. Youβll often see a purple reaction as it breaks down brake dust!

π§Ό Step 3: Clean Tyres Separately
Use a tyre cleaner and a stiff brush to scrub the sidewalls. This removes old tyre dressing and built-up grime (youβll see brown foam if itβs dirty).

πͺ₯ Step 4: Agitate the Wheels
Use multiple brushes:
- Barrel brush (inside the wheel)
- Soft face brush (front of wheel)
- Small detailing brush (lug nuts & tight areas)
Work methodically to reach every part.

πΏ Step 5: Rinse Thoroughly
Rinse everything thoroughly, ensuring no cleaner is left behindβespecially inside the barrel and around bolts.

Dry with a microfiber towel or air blower to prevent water spots.
