š Weightloss: As we learn this week and take on new methodology to fuel ourselves better, you may even see some change in this week! Start today - By drinking plenty of water, going for a walk, taking some mindful moments / time to breathe, eating your greens, taking magnesium to help you sleep, and start aiming for 20-30g of protein at each meal. Prep your meals for tomorrow and download My Fitness Pal to start tracking your food.
