Then dive into the others: - Flow — grounding, mindfulness, recovery, and awareness - Force — strength, structure, and discipline They complement each other — flow brings balance, force brings progress. 2️⃣ Make Your Introduction 🌱 Head to the Introductions section in the community and share: - Who you are - What brought you here - One goal you’d love to achieve in the next 90 days This helps you connect with like-minded people and lets us support you better. 3️⃣ Join the Live Calls 📅 Weekly group calls include: - Q&A and personal support - Group workouts & meditations - Space to connect, unwind, and have fun Check the Events tab for times and links. 4️⃣ Contribute & Share 🔥 Community grows through participation.
