Day 6 is ready in the Classroom tab.
Today I’m studying Pediatric Acute Airway Conditions, including croup, epiglottitis, bronchiolitis, and foreign body aspiration.
The main focus is recognizing which child is having a serious airway problem, what signs are dangerous, and what action should come first.
Key points from today:
Croup = barking cough
Epiglottitis = drooling, tripod position, airway emergency
Bronchiolitis = RSV, wheezing, suction, hydration, oxygen if needed
Foreign body aspiration = sudden choking/coughing episode
