Pick one drill that helped your game this month and show us how you track it. Keep it simple and measurable.
Examples (use any of these or your own):
  • Serve/Return Depth: 20 serves + 20 returns to the last 3 ft.
  • Third-Shot Matrix: 8 drops baseline, 8 drops mid-court, 8 drives to backhand hip.
  • Brush-Across Put-Away (FH/BH): 20 reps each side to near-shoulder/hip.
  • Dink Pattern: cross-court → middle → down-the-line (5 cycles).
