Question of the Week: What 3 things level you up fastest?
1.Serve — deep with placement (middle/backhand). Target: 18/20 deep.
2. Return — deep with placement, then follow in 3 quick steps. Target: 18/20 deep
3. Third Shot — drop when the ball is below net height; drive high/short to the hip. Always follow in.
Simple drills (run this week):
  • Depth reps: 20 serves + 20 returns to the last 3 ft. Track makes.
  • Third-Shot Matrix: 8 drops baseline, 8 drops mid-court, 8 drives to backhand hip—call the choice before contact.
  • Follow-In Habit: after every third, take 3 shuffles toward NVZ—no watching.
