- Serve/Return Depth — a cue or drill that actually moved your games
- Third-Shot Choice — when you drop vs. drive (your rule)
- First Counter — how you set the paddle and where you place it
- Dink Patterns — how you create a pop-up without forcing
- Match Prep / Mental Reset — the routine that keeps you steady
Format:
- 2–3 sentences or a 20–30s phone clip
- One actionable takeaway (cue or drill)
- Optional: quick result (what changed for you)
How to submit:
