5️⃣ Once validated, turn organic into ads.
If a post brings engagement:
Turn it into an ad.
Carousel? → Ad.
Short form video? → Ad.
Testimonial? → Ad.
Add 1–2 new creatives per week.
Consistency beats genius.
6️⃣ Test pricing intelligently.
If you build tiers:
Test:
• 2 vs 3 tiers
• Monthly vs Annual
• Lifetime vs Subscription
Do it quietly.
Call it an experiment.
Data > ego.
7️⃣ Start small.
$10/day for free offers.
1–2x your lowest tier price per day for paid offers.
Give it 72 hours.
Then make a decision.
Don’t let ads “just run” because you’re emotionally attached.
8️⃣ Know your numbers.
Free community:
Under $2.50 per registration = strong.
Paid community:
Payback period under 1.5 months = scalable.
If needed, cross-finance from services until cashflow stabilizes.
This is how real founders build.
9️⃣ Don’t micromanage ads.
Ads in a campaign work together.
If your overall cost per result is healthy — don’t start switching things off randomly.
Zoom out.

Run hard.
Fill your community.
Build momentum.
Pause.
Re-launch stronger.
