What NSS is about!
- Here at NSS, you can work together with others as a team through the same training block, (with added personalized adjustments on secondaries, accessories, etc. in the Premium Package)
- Or your own personalized programming that comes with unlimited form checks, check-ins, on the spot workout adjustments, and more! (VIP package)
Why NSS?
Get used to change because what makes a lifter better isn't a program, it's being able to make the adjustments to one's individual needs. What works for one won't work for all. So how do we stay a team following the same plan? Simply, eliminating what doesn't work and keeping what works. The more we work together, the more information we learn together. The more progress we make. While not just giving you good programming, but helping you learn your unique leverages, training methods, etc.
