One of the tools I’m bringing into NOW Rise is EFT – Emotional Freedom Technique.
EFT is a simple, body-based practice that helps calm the nervous system, release emotional charge, and gently shift patterns that keep us stuck. It’s practical, grounding, and surprisingly effective — especially when life feels noisy or overwhelming.
I’m a trained EFT Practitioner and over time I’ll be sharing ways you can use EFT for yourself — quietly, safely, and without having to “dig everything up” or perform your healing.
Think:
