Feel & Heal: Grounding🦶🌱
Feel & Heal: Grounding🦶🌱
Grounding is something I’ve been drawn to for as long as I can remember. Even before I had words for it and long before faith was part of my life, I knew that being barefoot outside brought me peace. Over time, I learned that this quiet pull toward the earth wasn’t accidental. It was my body remembering balance. My hope is that these lessons help you gently reconnect with yourself, with creation, and with the calm God designed for us.🌱
