This week I treated myself to buy a packet of lollies that I love (liquorice allsorts). I enjoyed (savoured) the ones I ate and really checked in on when I’d had enough. Closed the pack - put them away. And was satisfied. Past me would eat the whole pack and then beat myself up for it. Love that this space is helping me stay present with my eating in a positive way!
