Transactional funding?
Has anyone done any true transactional funding deals A->B and B->C. Money out about 24 hours.
you mentioned wholesaling. I LOVED the two TF deals I did. I’d do them all day long. Got about 1% in 24 hours. In both cases I did a lot of diligence on the title company. And I didn’t actually fund until after the end buyers money was in hand at title.
