The other day, I got this hare brained idea to combine several interests and become a storytelling notary wedding officiant. I was about to apply through the Idaho SOS site, where I discovered I need a surety bond first. Additional scratching of the surface led me to a couple of organizations and sites, like the National Notary Association and notaries.com.
