Is it fraudulent to use wrong Dates in Commerce
I recently came across an article entitled DATE OF BIRTH VS DATE OF REGISTRATION FRAUD VOIDABLE CONTRACT OR INVALID?
Much of the reality of being the living beneficiary and not agent of the legal fiction PERSON is a real challenge to be the beneficiary in Africa. Regardless I looked up the above within the South African legal framework and discovered that there are Legal Consequences Of Using Wrong Dates In Commerce In South Africa.
SO I am assuming I am comprehending this issue correctly in that all of my government issued privileges are associated the legal fiction PERSON.
The issue then is all of them, eg passports, ID, drivers license etc are issued based on my birth date, ie when I was born as a living baby and not created from the date of registration of the legal fiction Person.
Seems to me a perpetuated fraud from start to current?
