Claim - possibly the most powerful word
According to Cal Washington, the most powerful word in the system is 'Claim'
and we have the power to make a counterclaim.
E.g.
"We are going to put up a 5G tower, and it's safe" [honest]
We can make a counterclaim,
We will accept your 5G Tower when you prove to us it is safe; otherwise, we will charge you £2,000 per day until the evidence is shown and I am satisfied beyond a reasonable doubt.
I personally have done a similar process with the local plans for a Quarry down the road. Sending a Conditional acceptance (as a People as I have done my affidavit and am no loner a PERSON) that I am fine with it, as long as the Traffic does not increase, the air quality does not reduce and if my car is continually covered in dust from the Quarry they pay to have it cleaned once a week 😁
