Authrorised Representative
Good day, I have been looking at the template re the Sole Beneficiary Absolutely Entitled template in which it sates clearly that as a living man I cannot be an Authorised Representative of the legal name. I'm asking because in my journey I filed a UCC-1 Financial Statement and was declared Secured Party Creditor of the Trust in the legal fiction name. However the "security agreement" also declares the following about my status as a living man - " Authorised Representative" on behalf of the Principle Equitable Named Estate Trust Title Holder, for the public trust in my legal NAME.
So I am now concerned that I should not be the Authorised Representative as this is the same as being the Agent putting me in the wrong jurisdiction.
This also opens up a question re Secured Party Creditor. Is this the same as being the Beneficiary?
