Once you are part of the circle, you will complete a personalized Everything DiSC® Agile EQ® assessment and a private one-on-one debrief. From there, True North Circle meets three times a month for live, 90-minute sessions built around real hot-seat coaching, not lectures or content. Every session opens with a brief grounding and a check-in round, so every voice is heard, then moves into live coaching for one member while the rest of the circle stays present as witnesses.
This is a room for leaders who already know their title is not the hardest part of the job, who want real coaching, whole-person growth, and a small group of peers who understand the weight of the role.
