Help, Support, and Brotherhood
For some reason I remembered a quote I read some time ago. It was St. Augustine who said "For what am I to myself without thee, but a guide to mine own downfall?" So true. Of course this is a man's prayer to his creator, but I also see it differently.
I also see it this way: a man not having support, help when they need it, or a brotherhood such as this, can possibly lead you to your detriment or even downfall. Sometimes we can't do it ourselves...we need to look inward, realize and acknowledge that we can use the support, the help, the outstretched hand, and yes, the brotherhood.
Just something to think about.
