My name is Randy Hilarski, and I’m recovering from Congestive Heart Failure. That experience forced me to take a hard look at what real health actually means. The process of rebuilding my body has been humbling, challenging, and eye-opening—and it’s taught me lessons I wish I’d learned sooner.
I’ve spent a big part of my life in healthcare and service. I’m a former US Navy Hospital Corpsman, and I’ve worked as a nurse, EMT, and mental health counselor. And even with all of that background, I still had to face the truth: I didn’t always take care of myself the way I should have.
I want to give back by helping others find their way to a better life physically, mentally, and spiritually.
