Community industry co-tycoon?
I'm looking for a strong co-tycoon to join me who has at least one successful startup exit they built themselves and at least one acquisition of an established project that they turned from negative numbers into positive cash flow within a year or significantly increased its profitability, not just revenue. If you are a master of numbers and can turn small into big, get in touch.
I'm a natural networker. Since 2014, I have built several successful communities, trained leaders who went on to create their own thriving communities, and through my agency I have built several product and C2C (Customer to Customer) for commercial entities like Twisto or Campiri in the Czech market. I also built prototype community platform similar to Skool in 2019/2020. Although I didn't manage to convince external investors on the domestic market, I didn't give up and kept going. Today, I understand the community industry and actively shape it.
I own the domains:
I have mapped more than 70 community platforms like Skool, and I'm starting to create publications about how communities really work. In the pipeline, I have a demo of a community marketplace, which could eventually handle buying and selling established communities as interesting and profitable assets. An application similar to Acquire.com or Flippa.com, but focused exclusively on communities. I have completed several acquisitions of established communities, I personally sold two communities, and arranged several annual sponsors for communities of other leaders. I'm gradually seeking proven opportunities in this area, and building relationships with owners so they can sell us their projects, which we can integrate into our portfolio.
Together, we will find ways to operate without high office costs and huge teams, which often create work for work. We will minimize spending on promotion and sales through salespeople, and we will not need to sell ourselves to investors. Our goal is to grow our own capital, and most importantly, not spend 12 to 16 hours a day on the business. In this regard, I draw inspiration from the ideas of Mark Cuban, who, for example, states that if a company needs advertising and a salesperson, then it is a bad deal.
The price for 50% co-participation in this opportunity is as follows:
1) My direct compensation €200 000: For existing knowledge, opportunity scouting, assets, and past work, as well as for the work I will do until the portfolio becomes profitable.
2) Acquisition capital €10 000 000: Which you will primarily operate. I will bring deals that could be interesting to acquire, you will evaluate them mathematically, and together we will decide whether to buy or not.
Do you see the opportunity and feel you meet my requirements? Drop me a direct message here on Skool or join Acquire Community, a group of buyers who already know that building a community from scratch isn’t just costly, it’s a massive time investment.
