CHAT SUPPORT AGENT
Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and cancellations
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication
Requirements:
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in using chat support software and CRM systems
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service
