CHAT SUPPORT AGENT
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via chat in a professional and timely manner
Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and cancellations
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication
Requirements:
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Proficiency in using chat support software and CRM systems
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience in customer service
