CAGE CODE VERIFICATION

So I finally got approved for my cage code, and received the code through SAM.gov !

For my CAGEreview they are asking for verifying information on my LBN, First/Last Name Sole Proprietors, By Laws/Signed partnership agreement, and POC verification.

I have some questions:

If on my Sam verification i didnt have my business email, and phone number set up yet and registered using my personal email and phone number will i run into issues when doing my CAGE verification?
What documentation do i need to provide to verify my "Charter" ?
Will a Picture of my legal ID card suffice for providing the government with documentation for my First/Last name?

Any help would be greatly appreciated as i have 3 days to submit the documentation back to CAGE! Thank you guys!
