Remote CAD work strategy

CAD Drafting and 3D modeling work seams very hard to find. I have tried filters on linkedin and Seek with no luck.

It seems the only employers that have a dynamic approch to remote work are mostly in IT. They can think outside the typical working models. Given Microsoft Teams and others verbal/visual communication has proven to work affectivly on line and easly achieved in the CAD industy it seams utterly bizzar The CAD industy has not gone remote like IT or even close. Add to this we mostly all worked remote successfully during the C word.

If you have any success with any of the remote job websites in particular "Flexjobs", can you please share thier thoughts on this?

I will be greatful for any information.
