Anyone here living in Koh Samui?

Hey guys as the title says I am interested in learning more about what it’s like to live in Koh Samui and what options there are for housing. Also, I have been to Thailand on a trip before and I’m interested in going back to live there for a longer period of time. Any suggestions or experiences about Koh Samui?

I have online income of 2-3k per month.
