Working a job while pursing a career in music

Any artist, producer, songwriters, etc. that work a "9 to 5" job while also pursuing their dream/passion, how do you still find the time, energy, and motivation to create, post, and engage after coming home from working a job that has exhausted you or has taken up most of your day? If any of you have any advice on this particular aspect of pursing a career in music, please share how you deal with it.
