So I’m following this program called WildFit, and it’s food guidelines designed to, during 90 days, neutralize all body issues caused by food. Meaning? We’re going back to as close as possible to the ingredients Homo Sapiens would eat before we even started planting grains to eat them. Meat and vegetables, basically. My recipes over the next few weeks will he fun and different, following these guidelines. But hey, if anyone is interested in truly “clean” eating this might be good!

Community Rules:
Zero judgment if you mess up a dish, but we will roast you (lightly) if you ask if mushroom risotto works without mushrooms. If you hate the main ingredient, pick another recipe. - Don’t like an ingredient? Swap it or skip it. Cooking isn’t marriage. - Asking if you can make bread without flour = ban. (I’m kidding, but guys!) - Burnt your rice? Post a pic, we’ll cry with you. Cooking is supposed to be fun and dynamic. It's okay if something doesn't work out the first time, and it's okay if it doesn't work out the fiftieth time. Just don't try to make a quiche without eggs and wonder why it's falling apart.
