The Bench
There's a bench somewhere you sat on. Maybe it was real. Maybe it was the edge of a bed at 3am, or a parked car outside a house that used to be yours.
You sat there and you didn't say anything. Because nobody taught you how. Because the men before you didn't either.
I know that bench. I sat on it for years.
No Man Left Silent is what I built on the other side of it.
Five phases —

4 The Reflection, 5 Finding You.
That's the walk. It's not a class.
It's not somebody talking at you about healing.
It's men in a room saying the thing out loud, some of us for the first time. "This hurts!" " Why!"
Every Tuesday we do The Debrief — you say what actually happened this week.
