When I was in high school, I was told to become a better athlete not meaning extra training sessions, but meaning the quality of how I actually put work in. Here are three ways you can improve the way you train. 1st 🥇 become a better student 2nd 🥈 work on your week points in your game 3rd 🥉 find a player that is better than you and do more reps than them A bonus thing to do is to check in my classroom for my pro breakdowns this way you can see certain player types, moves, and drills that you can implement in your game and actually work on to translate towards the game
