Hi there! Welcome to Coaching Supervision. I love coaching! It is THE most effective people support and development mechanism. It is ethical and the ultimate opportunity to work with the individual, finding the things that work for them. Today I was honoured to coach someone experiencing PTSD. They were able to identify what works for them when they have an effective response to situations. We then superimposed that on the triggering experience. The outcomes was a happy coachee who knows something more about themselves and is able to put their resourcefulness into practice. In this group, we will be exploring coaching through a number of different routes. I've said that I want this Skool account to be informative, enjoyable, creative, focused and fun!
