The outbound system I use to turn signals into meetings Most cold email campaigns are built backward. People start with: → A list → A generic email → Send 10,000 emails → Hope for replies I look at it differently. The system starts with intent + timing. 1. Infra Set up the domains, inboxes, DNS, warming, and rotation properly. 2. ICP Define exactly who we want to reach — industry, company size, geography, decision-maker, etc. 3. Signals / Intent This is where it gets interesting. Instead of emailing everyone, we look for reasons to reach out now: → Recently funded → Recent hire → Open jobs → Website visitors → Social activity → Job changes → Promoted → Companies in growth stage 4. Copy The message is built around the ICP + signal. Short, relevant and focused on the outcome — not a long pitch about features. 5. Outreach Multi-step sequences, controlled volume, follow-ups and testing. 6. Deliverability Keep bounce/spam rates low, monitor inbox placement and protect the sending infrastructure. 7. Reporting Track what actually matters: → Replies → Positive replies → Meetings booked → Bounce/spam → A/B tests → CRM updates The key idea: Cold outreach shouldn't be “send more emails.” It should be: Right ICP × Right Signal × Right Message × Right Timing That's what turns outbound from a volume game into a predictable GTM system. I’ve been building/testing different versions of this system across campaigns, and I’ll be breaking down each layer inside this community. Watch Video: https://youtu.be/EUP-eDUsnVo
