Foundational Strength Vs Race Prep
Submitting a question in advance of tomorrow please - please redirect me if there's a better place
How should our strength and plyometrics work change/adjust as we get closer to race day? And how will that vary in terms of distance? Should we keep pretty much the same "routines" but just ease off the weight whilst tapering or is there anything we should avoid?
