Weekly Trading Psychology 📉🧠
Only 1-3% of traders consistently succeed in the markets. The difference between the 97% who fail and the 3% who win? It’s not strategy. It’s psychology. But here’s what most people get wrong about trading psychology: they think it’s just about controlling emotions. The real secret? Your mind follows your actions, not the other way around. Most struggling traders try to do it in reverse. They want to feel confident first, then take action. They wait until they’re emotionally ready to follow their plan. But confidence doesn’t create action, action creates confidence. You master your psychology by mastering your actions first. When you take disciplined actions consistently, your emotions fall in line. This is how you separate yourself from the 97% who don’t succeed. Here are my trading rules: Rule 1: Only A+ Setups I only enter trades when ALL my confluences (multiple confirmations) align perfectly. If even one signal is missing, I don’t trade. Quality over quantity, always. Rule 2: Trade 9:30-11:00 AM Only This is my workday. No matter what happens after 11 AM, that’s not my business. Unless I’m waiting for a specific event, I’m done at 11. This protects me from emotional overtrading. Rule 3: Maximum 2 Trades Per Day Whether both trades win or both lose, I’m done after two. The longer you sit in front of charts, the more you’ll force trades that aren’t there. 1-2 trades, then I walk away. These rules aren’t about the market, they’re about controlling my actions, which controls my psychology and keeps me successful in the market! Your Action Steps: Don’t just copy my rules. Create your own framework: 1. Identify your optimal trading time - What hours work best for your strategy and schedule? Set that as your workday. 2. Set strict trading limits - How many trades will you take per day? 3. Define your confluences - What specific confirmations must align before you enter? Write them down. The goal isn’t perfection. The goal is consistency. When you take disciplined actions day after day, your mind adapts. The psychology follows. Then success is inevitable!

📊 Fed Pumping $55.3 Billion Into Markets
Hey everyone! Big news that could move the markets this week: The Federal Reserve is injecting $55.3 billion into the market over the next 3 weeks starting Tuesday. Wait, why does the Fed add or remove money from the market? ∙ When they add money (like now): It’s meant to support the economy and keep markets stable ∙ When they remove money (what they’ve been doing): It’s to fight inflation and cool things down ∙ This is the opposite of what they’ve been doing lately, which makes it notable How this could affect your trades: ∙ This injection could push the market up in the short term ∙ We might see more green days after the slight pullback we had last week ∙ Expect potential volatility as the market reacts to this news ∙ Markets typically respond positively to liquidity injections Bottom line: More money flowing in = upward pressure on stocks. After the slight pullback we’ve had last week, this could be a shift in momentum. Stay alert and watch how the market responds. Remember, as short-term traders, we’re not predicting how we think the market will respond. We’re just reacting to what the charts are telling us.
