Lots of new folks in the community, thank you all for joining this is going to be the start of something much bigger, glad to have this foundation. Just a heads up on what to post. Please post and introduction so we can all get to know you. Next post about all your workouts and physical activity that you do each day to motivate yourself and the folks in the group. Post your meals, if you have a bomb recipe to a macro friendly meal we'd love to see it. And lastly if you have any questions pertaining to fitness or food please don't hesitate to post publicly because that can be useful to everyone. Lastly I'll host some challenges for everyone to join in on including myself and see who wins!
