Before anyone asks: no, this is not a “dear diary” situation. And no, you don’t need a fancy leather-bound notebook, candle, or playlist to accomplish these. The daily prompts exist for one reason: to help you think clearly, notice patterns, and make slightly better decisions than yesterday. That’s it. That’s the agenda. Here’s how to actually use these prompts: 👉 Dive deep with yourself, either in your head or on paper, and share as you feel comfortable in the comments. Short answers are just as great as long ones. 👉 Answer honestly (even if the answer is “I didn’t do this”). The prompts are not grading you. Lying to yourself here is a weird choice, but I can’t stop you. 👉 As you write over time, look for patterns, not perfection. Notice things like.... “Huh, I keep writing the same excuse." or... “Interesting, that person in my friend group is really holding me back.” 👉 You don’t need to ‘fix’ anything immediately. This isn’t a self-improvement race. Awareness comes first, then take the action as clarity develops. 👉 Miss a day? Congrats, you’re human. 😊 Just pick it back up when you return. Past posts intrigue you? Feel free to go back since the beginning of time - the topics are always open for discussion! 👉 This goes without saying... but don't pass judgement on others. We're all here for the same reason. It's cool to be nice. TL;DR? The goal is ACCOUNTABILITY. We're all here to support. Let's do this thing.

Welcome to the Next Level Launch Project! If you're to take real steps towards big scary goals without all the fluff... you're in the right spot. So, let's get started. Head on over to the Introductions tab and tell us about you. Who you are, what brought you here, what your're looking to get out of this group. Then, check out our calendar to join our weekly accountability calls, where we'll work on prioritizing progress towards improving your finances and wellness, and creating an environment that contributes to that success. Each day, we'll also post something in the Journal Prompts tab to help you really dig into that growth. You'll get real with yourself in these prompts, and have the opportunity to share as much or as little with the community as you'd like. Have some wins to share, need some accountability, or stumble across a real thinker recently? We want to hear it! Share it here in the General Discussions tab. And most importantly, as we grow together, I'd love to hear your feedback! Reach out anytime with thoughts, ideas, or GIFs. Please, lots of GIFs. 😁 In fact... let's start with a GIF. Drop one of your faves here in the comments to let me know you made it to the bottom of my first yapping post. And also so that I can get to know your sense of humor. 🤪 Cuz if we can't have fun along the way... let's be real... this shit is gonna suck to work on. Excited to do this with you. 👊

👋 Introduce Yourself Here!
Create a new post here on the Introductions Tab to tell us all about... well... you. 😁 We get it.. it can be hard to write about yourself. Here are some ideas... 1️⃣ ....your name. 🤣 2️⃣ What brought you to this group? What are your goals in finance, health, and the circle you surround yourself with? 3️⃣ What are you looking to learn from others and be held accountable for? 4️⃣ What about the journey to your own Next Level has sucked so far? (Yeahhh... we're gonna go there and chip away at that.) 5️⃣ Something that made you laugh recently! (Because if we can't have fun along the way.... what's the point?!)

👋 Introduce Yourself Here!
📝 December 18
Let’s kick this off at the beginning. Groundbreaking, I know. 👀 This group is focused on three big things: - Financial transformation - Health & wellness - Getting our environments to stop actively working against us Today’s prompt is about the first one. So let’s clarify something before we go any further: What does “financial transformation” actually mean for you? Not the Instagram version. Not the vague “doing better with money” answer. When you picture yourself meeting your goal, what does that look like in real life? - Fewer balances? - More breathing room? - Specific numbers? - Less dread when you open your bank app? Be honest. Be specific. Be as short or as detailed as you want. This isn’t about committing to anything yet — it’s just about defining the target so we’re not all aiming at… "vibes."
