Welcome to Next Level Massage Academy!
I’m Christopher Schroeder, and I’m stoked you’re here. I’ve been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2012, and I built this community to help you bridge the gap between finishing school and running a fully booked, independent practice. Whether you are just starting out or looking to leave the grind behind, you’re in the right place. The goal is simple: Skip the stress and launch with confidence. ### 🚀 Get Started in 3 Steps: 1. Introduce Yourself: Comment below! Tell us where you’re located and what your #1 goal is for your practice this year. 2. Check the Classroom: Dive into the "Next Level Launch" modules to start building your foundation. 3. Engage: This is a community. Ask questions, share your wins, and let’s support each other. I’m here to give you the clear steps and real support you need to get those first clients and build a career you actually love. Let’s take your practice to the next level. 👊

Founding members
I am glad you’re here for the ground floor. My vision for this community is to bring back the best parts of the massage school experience... the collective support, the direct feedback, and a space where we can collaborate on the strategies that actually work. Since we are in the early stages, you are much more than a member; you are a co-creator and a witness to how this community takes shape. We’re going to build this out in a way that is both fun and highly productive, ensuring every lesson helps you build a successful and sustainable career. Thank you for being a founding member and trusting the vision. Let’s get to work.

Module 1 in the 101 course is LIVE! 🚀 (Stop the Grind, Start the Strategy)
I just dropped the first module of the Next Level Launch 101 course! I’m sharing the exact shift that took me from a decade of "hustling" in Hawaii to building a six-figure practice in Wisconsin in just two years. Here’s what we’re diving into in Session 1: - The Therapist Trap: Why being the "best therapist in town" isn't enough to pay the rent. - Hustle vs. Precision: How to stop being "everything to everyone" and start acting like a specialist. - The Discovery Phase: Why I want you to take every client you can right now (and what to do with that data). The goal here isn't just to talk shop... it’s to help you build a career that doesn’t leave you burnt out with arthritic wrists by age 40. 👇 Action Item: Go watch the intro video, download the Practice Blueprint, and let me know in the comments: What’s one thing about the "business side" of massage that’s currently stressing you out? Let’s get to work!

Advice for New Therapists:
When you're first starting out, it's easy to get overwhelmed with the technicalities and the business details of being a massage therapist and trying to 'make it'. I recently had a discussion with a new therapist that brought this to the forefront. The key to moving forward is simplicity. - Quantity Leads to Quality: Give as many massages as you can. There is no substitute for "time on the table" to build your intuition and skills. - Never Stop Being a Student: Get massaged as often as possible. Treat every session as continuing education—take mental notes, experiment with new moves, and find experienced therapists who will give you the honest feedback that often disappears after school. - Find Your Style: Focus on becoming the best at what you love doing the most. Whether you start at a spa or go independent, treat your first year as an apprenticeship to find your unique edge. Let's keep the conversation going! What advice would you add for new therapists? Share your thoughts in the comments below!
