NexApex Athletic Performance is a structured Speed, Agility & Quickness (SAQ) community for youth athletes and adults who want real athletic performance.
We build game speed with sprint mechanics, acceleration, change of direction (COD), reaction/quickness, and plyometrics, while keeping movement quality first.
How it works:
• Weekly SAQ sessions 2x-3x/week
• Simple coaching cues that transfer to you specific sport
• Progress tracking with tests + retests
