It doesn't get more IRL than that
Given the upcoming IRL event in Livingston coincides with my birthday, I have booked the penthouse suite in sweathouz for my birthday.
This means three lucky people can indulge with me in ice baths, vitamin c shower and red light sauna.
In swimsuits, of course. No Euro-style nakedness, you naughty mind...
It's thirty bucks per person for an hour (should be enough) but I might feel lucky and invite urrbody.
Starting time is 2.15pm.
It's a twenty minute drive from forum coffee where the sickest NJ IRL community will meet up - and I will binge on chocolate brownies and cloudy matcha.
Who's up for it?!?

I am a certified cold training nut with hundreds of hours under my belt. I can guide you safely and enjoyably in and out of the water.
For the sweethearts amongst us:
