Starting Monday with a regional connection question. I’m based in Philly, and Shawn’s point about what happens AFTER a meetup caught my attention. I’m trying to make my follow-up more useful: remember what the person was working on, send something relevant if I have it, and ask one clear question rather than sending a generic “great to meet you.” What is a follow-up you received after an event that actually made you want to keep talking? Was it a thoughtful question, an introduction, a shared resource, or something else? No need to name the person or share their private message—just the part that worked.

Just finished training and had a thought for the owners in this room: Health and business should not have to compete every day. If taking one hour to train makes every lead, follow-up, or client task stop, the problem may not be discipline—the owner may still be the entire system.
