What I'm most proud of in my life isn't a career milestone. It's watching my two kids become aligned and thriving adults. That's what every parent here wants too. Not perfection. Just to see their kid wake up with direction and a life that feels like their own.
My son found his path through rowing and marine science. My daughter found her people and her purpose, and today works at a humane society she loves.
Neither journey was a straight line. I had to learn to support without pushing and guide without controlling. That's the foundation of everything I teach here.
