Intro

My name is Courtney and I am excited to learn and share here. I wear a lot of hats, but they all seem to meld together. I live in upstate New York. I’m an energy medicine practitioner, yoga teacher, meditation guide and sound healer, and a psychotherapist and art therapist working with people suffering with severe trauma, including veterans and women recovering from abuse. I am a lifelong artist and I work with many different mediums, but if I had to choose my favorite, it would be painting and mixed media. I also love to write and have so much to say. I’m an avid gardener and working on plans to make my little stamp of property self-sufficient this year. So much to learn! Most importantly, I am a mother and I feel a fire in my heart and soul to make the world better for my daughter. I’m keenly aware of everything happening around us, and recognize patterns that apparently other people don’t see, I’m realizing. My favorite mantra is “ever forward.”

I feel relieved to have found a community that resonates. And I’m looking forward to sharing this space and open to all the possibilities. Thanks for reading :)
