10k Followers Blueprint- Tech issues!

I'm hoping someone more tech-literate than me can help me trouble shoot something!

I'm following the protocol laid out by Thor in the blueprint, everything seems to be fine until I play the reel back on IG the sound is super distorted. The visual plays fine, just the sound is screwy. It's happened twice now (my first two posts). The first one I just laid a sound track over it from IG's native selection of trending sounds but I couldn't use that on the 2nd one as the original sound was needed otherwise it makes no sense.

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? I've tried changing the download quality and have deleted and tried downloading again a few times, no luck. (I'm a tech-clueless millenial 🤣)
