Today, I started a new painting. I tend to do one on the Winter Solstice every year. Have you found that your creative flow has a cycle?

#1 I'm adapting my flow to last me a lifetime. After putting a lot of up front energy in this group, late summer, I ran into a wall. This has happened with other ventures before and I create cover-ups, hide evidence or bury my 'failures" in paint and overcompensation. Holding up others and taking them on my ride is not necessary for my success. But dammit it feels good to have other play along. Im continuing my Skool and slowing my pace to a walk. Im getting feedback that I need to be more vulnerable. More to come

I swam with 2 separate fins this past weekend for the first and second time, its a whole new world. Trampoline legs is a thing, Sea Legs etc... But man _ watching me walk after swimming must have been hilarious. SO expansive,

I got challenged by a flaminga at New Pink Hive to go mermaid swimming with my new double fins 3 times in the next 30 days. Its winter and about 80 degrees on a good day (can be 60 - 85). The water is 73. I used the excuse that is cold. It is brisk, but what temperature do many keep their air conditioner on in the summer?? So, yeh. Im doing it. My yoga practice is ever evolving. I do not use my mat everyday, like today I air boxed to the music of Phil Collins, in the air tonight. I feed these 2 sand hill cranes every time they are here, usually about 4 days then they're gone for a few, then they come back. We'll, I met 2 other written on my dirt road that do the same! The cranes just walk right up to us now that we've met each other... its like they stayed distant because us women were distant.

#2 I branded a wand with a few sigils from New Pink Magic. A reminder to continue creating.
