Started My mind-body work today... well ive been intermittently doing things anyway. Trying out different modalitiesto determine what felt right.
Today though is my Day 1 of a Daily practice. I chose Qigong because its mindful exercise, slow, steady, gentl movements, controlled breathing and mental focus. So it combines. Body strength and stretching with breathwork and meditation.
Its much harder than it looks. Lol.
Can't wait to share more each days reflections. It felt good today to begin my day with this gentle awareness of my strength and elongating stretch of my muscles.
