What feels like resistance, but might actually be a signal ?
At certain points, progress stops responding to effort alone and starts asking better questions.
Procrastination is often put down to workload, timing, or focus. More often, though, it shows up when a decision carries weight, when the next step commits you to something, closes off other options, or asks you to stop keeping doors open.
We've all been there, right? 🤷🏻‍♂️ ..
Work expands. You stay busy. Things move, but not forward. From the outside, it looks fine, but internally, something feels slightly off.
That friction is usually labelled as resistance, but it’s rarely random, and more often, it’s a signal that something more fundamental needs attention.
It might be a direction that needs revisiting. A role that no longer fits. Or a cost that’s quietly increasing. Most people sense this before they admit it, but keep going long enough for it to turn into drag.
So the question for today is this: What feels like resistance for you at the moment, but might actually be a signal?
