55% of business owners self-identify as neurodivergent.
In addition to this stat, 45% of C-suite executives and 32% of senior management do so as well.
The further up you look, the more of us there are.
What is interesting is that these are often the same brains that the teachers wrote off.
It's the same kids who were told to sit still, pay attention, try harder, and the same people handed systems that didn't fit and told them that the problem was not the system, it was them.
But then they left the system.
They thought about what they really wanted, how it could work for them, how they could approach it differently, and then they built the whole thing anyway.
The refusal to accept the default.
The ability to see what everyone else walked past.
The resilience you only build when nothing was ever designed for you.
That's not a disorder.
That's an edge.
Sound familiar?
