Let the calibration begin!
"I just wanted to share my experience of taking half a gummy today. I took it 45 minutes before meditating this morning with a cup of coffee. The meditation was focused and enjoyable. In the 40 years that I have been meditating, I don't think I have ever tried meditating with a microdose before. The thing I noticed the most was the almost imperceptible clarity, creativity, and optimism that have eluded me over the last 6 months. It's like a veil has lifted, and there is more possibility. It will be interesting to see what 3/4 of a gummy will do in a few days, or is this the sweet spot? Time will tell."

Action, Action, Action - Just take Action!
You wanna achieve goals right? And to achieve those goals, you have to make progress right? But to make progress you need to take action! Action over time compresses and compounds to give EXPONENTIAL results. You know what that means right? That the results will constantly be increasing, So don't delay taking action because you'll feel so good and happy about yourself. And because of that it'll be easier for you to take action again. Then you'll feel even happier. This is what's known as the positive feedback loop. Action ⤵️ ⬆️ Progress ⬆️ ↙️ Happy Understand? Let me give you an example of a person going to the gym: The first time, he puts on his gym clothes and just enters the gym. The second time, he puts on his gym clothes, enters the gym and picks up his first weight because he felt so happy with the progress he made last time. The third time he puts on his gym clothes, enters the gym and starts doing more varieties of exercises and heavier weights because of the progress he made last time You see how this works? Everytime he went back to the gym, he improved and got better because he felt proud of his progress and this is what I want for you too! Imagine that person on a 5 year time frame or even a 10 year time frame if he stays consistent. Now imagine yourself on a 5 or 10 year time frame if you take action and stay consistent. You'd be proud of yourself, wouldn't you? So just remember this: “Small steps of action will reap large amounts of success in the long term” Start and keep pushing! Break Free from Automatic Negative Thoughts: Transform Your Mindset This September!
Now that the holiday week has passed and many families and students are settling back into school routines, it's time to focus on making critical changes that can have a big impact on your well-being, especially if you're someone who tends to experience Automatic Negative Thinking (ANTs). Have you ever wondered why some people seem to naturally maintain a positive outlook, while others struggle with constant negative thoughts? The beautiful part is, your brain isn’t fixed! If you’re prone to negative thinking, you can absolutely do something about it. By engaging with curiosity and reflection, and using tools like the "September Positive Thinking" guide from the "Year of Positive Thinking," you can start shifting your mindset. In our Brain Fit for Work and Life Course, we dive deep into how to recognize and overcome ANTs, and more importantly, how to "kill" them effectively. Start this month by making a list of your best qualities and turning them into affirmations. For example, if you see yourself as a “caring partner,” your affirmation could be “I am a caring partner.” Take a moment to say each affirmation out loud and notice how it feels. Record these affirmations and listen to them whenever you need a reminder of how amazing you truly are. Additionally, here’s a simple yet powerful breathing exercise to help reset your mood and focus. Breathe in fully, then deeply inhale while imagining a white ball of light traveling up your spine. Hold the breath for two seconds and exhale, visualizing the light descending. Repeat this ten times, and with each breath, allow your body to relax. Remember, tackling ANTs is a process, but with the right tools, you can train your brain to become more positive and hopeful. Take the time this September to challenge those negative thoughts and replace them with affirmations that uplift and empower you! For more guidance, check out the attached PDFs on ANTs and let’s work together to create the change you want to see in your life.

6 things you don't need to hear as a depressed person
Depressed and anxious people already cope with a lot every single day. Here are 6 things they don't need to hear*: 1 - “Just go outside and get some fresh air” 2 -”You should try doing what I do” 3- “You don't care, that's why you wont..” 4 - “You're over thinking it” 5 -”It's not even that hard” 6- “lf you really wanted to, you would” * Even if the person saying it means well, and wants what is best for them, these phrases can still hurt someone with depression and/or anxiety, and make them feel weak or inadequate These people know that fresh air is great. You know what's not great? Not having the energy nor the motivation needed to get dressed and face the world that comes with the fresh air. And odds are, if they could do what you do, they would have already done it. They usually have to think about things more thoroughly than most to avoid dealing with overwhelming difficulties later on. They often care about you but not always about themselves as much as they should, even if it seems like they do the opposite of that. And lastly, for them, it. is. that. hard. If they could simply do the things that might make them feel better, they would. Like my post and follow me for daily skool posts about suffering with depression
